I was never much of a sleeper. I would sleep don't get me wrong, but it wasn't a priority, and I definitely don't remember feeling tired that often. As I have gotten older however, it seems to get harder all the time, ironically at the exact point of my life that I feel I need it the most! There are a few things that help, but overall, it has definitely become quite the struggle. I know I am not alone in this, and I am thankful that my situation is not more severe.

I cannot seem to successfully put my hair up as an adult woman. Does anyone else have this issue? My hair is kind of wavy/curly so half the time it wants to stick out in different directions. I also feel like ponytails look ridiculous on me in my 40’s and I can’t seem to create a decent looking bun on purpose. That’s the extent of my hair knowledge. There are no elder women in my life who taught me this. If it didn’t involve a super short haircut and a whole bottle of hairspray while teasing, they didn’t show me.
